Oxygen Association Services CEO Karen Fhima Lippman, CPA CA has over 10 years experience in understanding those special qualities that embody each community and has created a program of services to meet every community association's management, accounting, and adminstrative needs

Karen Fhima Lippman graduated from McGill University located  in Montreal, Canada in 1985, and became a Chartered Accountant in 1987. She joined the firm Zittrer, Siblin, Stein, Levine who subsequently merged with Ernst & Young. Karen worked there for ten years as a senior audit manager before becoming the controller in a large real estate company, Dalfen Limited, which owned commercial shopping centers in Florida. Karen moved to Florida in 1998 and obtained her CPA license; she owned and operated both a property management company, and an accounting services company for the next ten years before launching her new property management company, Oxygen Association Services in 2009.
